The Countryview Story
Our Tradition
Since 2012, Countryview Barbecue has been smoking pork baby back ribs and preparing a variety of rotisserie meats and vegetables, with our unique blend of seasonings. Customer favorites include pork roasts, chicken breasts and ducks! Our soups, salads and sides are made using traditional Lancaster recipes and some old family favorites like Amish macaroni salad, white meat chicken salad and mashed potatoes and gravy.

Let us help make everyday meals easier with our cut to order poultry, cutlets, stuffed chicken breasts, and turkey meat loaves. We also have fresh turkey burgers and gourmet chicken sausages for your grill!
Holiday Celebrations
Celebrate the holidays with our fresh Lancaster County Turkeys, ducks and geese! Remember to grab a side of homemade stuffing or traditional cranberry relish as well! Advanced orders are always welcome but not required.
